We use this data to process your booking, to contact you about scheduling, and to properly prepare for and carry out the agreed photoshoot.
005: Our booking system (Lovable)
Our booking form is built with Lovable. Your request ends up in a separate, secure Lovable environment, where we can see which requests have come in and which deposits have already been paid.
007: Cookies, IP addresses and technology
When you visit our website, IP addresses and other technical data may be temporarily monitored and stored, among other things to keep the website secure and to make built-in components work properly.
009: Sharing data with third parties
We only share data with parties that help us deliver our services, such as Mollie (payments) and Lovable (booking management). We make agreements with these parties to protect your data.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when we add new services or tools. You can always find the most current version on this page.
002: What data we collect when you book
When you book a photoshoot via our booking form, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, your chosen package, your preferred date, any comments and an extra notes field. We also ask you to agree to our terms and conditions.
004: Deposit and payment details
To reserve your spot we ask for a €50 deposit. This payment is handled via the payment service Mollie. We don't get to see your full bank details; Mollie processes the payment and only lets us know whether it was successful.
006: The website itself
This website is built in WordPress with the page builder Elementor Pro. For the website to function and to display components such as fonts, a review widget and an Instagram feed, technical cookies and similar technologies may be used. This website was built and developed by Wolf-Web.
008: How long we keep your data
We don't keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as we're legally required to, for example for the tax retention obligation on payments.
010: Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. You can also object to the use of your data or ask for it to be transferred.
