In my studio in Lelystad I capture your strength on camera. Not standard fitness photos, but images that radiate your energy, power and pride. Whether you've just hit your first milestone or have been in the gym for years, your body deserves to be celebrated.
This fitness shoot isn't just about muscles, it's about your story, your discipline and your journey too. You don't have to pose like a fitness model. I help you, guide you and show you how beautiful and strong you are, in sportswear, lingerie or just exactly as you are.

how does the fitness shoot work?
What can I expect during the shoot?
The shoot takes place in my cozy studio in Lelystad. I work with natural light and flash, so we can capture your shape in a powerful and stylish way. Before we start, we have a cup of coffee, tea or a soft drink together and talk about your strong points and what you'd like to put less emphasis on. That way I know exactly how to capture you at your best.
What can I wear during the shoot?
Think of athletic outfits you feel good in: a nice underwear set, a crop top with tight sports leggings, or shorts with sports briefs over them, and of course your favorite sneakers. We keep the style sporty and functional.
Can I bring my own sports equipment?
Absolutely! It's extra fun if you bring dumbbells or kettlebells, for example. It adds that bit of extra energy and relatability to the images.
Is the shoot hard or intense?
Yes, quite. We play with light, shadow and posture, and that's pretty intense. You might even get sore muscles from it, but above all you get a big dose of confidence in return.
What do I get after the shoot?
You receive 10 professionally edited photos in high resolution, in both color and black and white. First you get an online selection gallery to pick your favorite images. You then receive the chosen photos digitally, and ordering extra prints on luxury materials or in an album is possible too.
How long are my photos kept?
The photo files are kept for 6 weeks. So make sure you make your choices in time.
Can I add hair and make-up?
Yes, that's no problem. Want to pamper yourself before the shoot? Hair and make-up are easy to add.
Can my photos be used on social media?
Sometimes I use photos from shoots for my portfolio, think my website, social media, printed materials or photo competitions. Prefer that your images aren't shared? Just let me know during the shoot.
