how does a gold leaf photoshoot work?
What can I expect during the shoot?
First we talk through some ideas for the shoot over a cup of coffee or tea. Feel free to collect clippings or digital images beforehand that appeal to you, for inspiration.
Where does the family photoshoot take place?
This photoshoot can only take place in my studio in Lelystad. You come to the studio wearing loose-fitting clothes.
How is the gold leaf applied?
This shoot is done nude. I apply the gold leaf to your body wearing gloves. We can choose to start with a little less gold leaf and begin with colorlight, then add more gold leaf for the photos in normal light. That gives your images a lovely variety.
Can I prepare for anything?
Make sure you're well rested and take all the time you need for yourself. This is an intimate shoot where you need to feel at ease.
What do I receive after the shoot?
You receive the 5 digital photos you picked beforehand, in high resolution and in both color and black and white. To make your choice, you first get a link to a selection of photos in web resolution. You receive the chosen photos digitally, and they can also be put into an album.
Can we order extra photos or prints afterwards?
How long are our photos kept?
The photo files are kept for 6 weeks. After that they're deleted and can no longer be reordered.
Can my photos be used on social media?
Sometimes I use photos from shoots for my portfolio, think my website, social media, printed materials or photo competitions. Prefer that your images aren't shared? Just let me know during the shoot.
