## Frequently asked questions

**What's included in my photoshoot?**

Every photoshoot includes 10 professionally edited high-resolution photos. You choose them yourself via an online gallery. The photos are delivered in color and black and white.

- Extra digital file: €25 each
- Pre-selection of unedited photos: €150
- Mirror photo/composite: from €50 to €125

**How long do my photos stay available?**

The online gallery stays active for 2 weeks. The photo files are kept for 6 weeks. After that the files are deleted and can no longer be ordered.

So choose your photos in time and download your files right after receiving them.

**How do I download my photos?**

Always download your photos on a computer or laptop. Don't save the images only on your phone, because phones can compress images, which lowers the quality.

Always make your own good backup. The photographer isn't responsible for lost or damaged files after delivery.

**Can I take part in a photoshoot as a man?**

Absolutely. Men are more than welcome to be photographed together with their partner, for example during a maternity shoot, couples shoot or couple boudoir. Boudoir and fitness shoots for men alone aren't offered.

**Can I order prints or an album?**

Yes, you can have your photos professionally printed or put into an album. Prints are ordered through a professional photo lab for optimal color and print quality.

Albums come standard in black linen. The 10 photos you choose from your shoot are put into the album. Extra photos can be added for an additional fee.

**How do I place an additional order?**

Please state clearly:

- Which photoshoot it concerns
- The date of the shoot
- The photo number
- The size you want
- Matte or glossy

**What's the difference between web and high resolution?**

**Web resolution** is meant for viewing your photos online and making a selection via the gallery. These files are smaller and optimized for fast loading.

**High resolution** is suitable for professionally printing photos in the size or material you want.
